The First Official Spider-man: Homecoming Trailer is finally here! The good news is this movie gives Spidey fans tons of hope. Why? Because Marvel has finally provided input into the movie’s direction. If that wasn’t enough, you won’t have to witness Peter Parker getting bit by a radioactive spider and discovering his powers AGAIN. This is not an origin story. Spider-Man: Homecoming takes place after the events of Captain America: Civil War, where Spider-Man was officially introduced to the MCU.
The first official trailer shows Tony Stark (Robert Downey Jr.) mentoring the young Peter Parker (Tom Holland) while he earns his stripes as a rookie superhero. The trailer also offers a look at The Vulture, the film’s main villain played by Michael Keaton. Also featured in the short action packed clip are Jacob Batalon, Zendaya, and Marisa Tomei – playing the MILF version of Aunt May.
Spider-Man: Homecoming will hit theaters on July 7th, 2017. Check out the trailer below and let us know what you think.
And as a bonus, here is the International Trailer which includes different footage.
